Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable
Sales Executive
to drive business development across our diverse training verticals. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing deals that align with our mission and services.
Duties
Prospect and Develop Leads:
Identify and approach potential clients across the healthcare, security, corporate, and fitness sectors.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with individual professionals, organisations, and institutions to understand their training needs and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy Execution:
Work closely with the MD and team to support the sales strategy and hit quarterly targets.
Cross-Sector Selling:
Confidently sell services across all verticals - from CPR and trauma care courses, to conflict management training, to injury prevention workshops for physiotherapists.
CRM & Reporting:
Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, track leads, and report on progress and performance metrics.
Attend Events and Exhibitions:
Represent the company at trade shows, training expos, and industry networking events.
Collaboration:
Liaise with training coordinators and subject matter experts to ensure accurate and attractive proposals for clients.
Required or Desirable Experience
Proven experience of success in B2B or B2C sales.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to spot and act on business opportunities.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple leads and client accounts.
Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
Comfortable working across sectors with different professional cultures.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license (if in-person meetings or travel required).
Background or experience in any of the following: emergency medical services, physiotherapy, military/policing, personal training, or safety consulting.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks or qualifications (e.g., Ofqual-regulated training, CPD requirements).
