We're looking for a
full-time Sales Executive
to join our team and help drive growth by supporting our sales operation and building strong customer relationships. The Sales Executive will play an important role in expanding our client base and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.What you'll be doing:
Managing and developing key customer accounts Generating new sales and following up on opportunities Handling and monitoring existing accounts to maintain excellent service Utilise CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales processes Producing accurate and timely quotations Answering customer calls and providing advice/support
What we're looking for:
Confident, proactive communicator with strong customer service skills Organised and able to manage multiple accounts Previous experience in Civils, Drainage or Building Materials is highly desirable A self-motivated team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
The details:
Full-time role - Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 Salary: 26-30k (Up to 34k OTE) Monthly bonus based on hitting targets Annual attendance bonus Based on-site in Newbury
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
