Sales Executive - Commercial Vehicles (Tankers, Parts & Equipment)
Republic of Ireland (field-based role with travel required)
Starting from EUR50,000 per annum - negotiable depending on experience + performance-based incentives
Connexus is working on behalf of a well-established and highly respected manufacturer and supplier in the commercial vehicle sector. Specialising in bespoke tankers, parts, and equipment, the company provides solutions across water, food, industrial, and municipal sectors.
As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join the team and drive new business across the Republic of Ireland. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Promote the sale of new and used tankers, as well as parts and related equipment
Manage customer accounts and sales pipelines using CRM tools
Travel across the Republic of Ireland to meet customers, provide technical advice, and close deals
Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and aftersales support
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience & Skills:
At least 5 years' sales experience in large commercial vehicles, industrial equipment, or a similar technical field
Strong technical understanding of vehicles, tankers, or similar equipment
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across Ireland
Desirable (but not essential):
Sales experience specifically in the tanker or commercial vehicle sector
Knowledge of ADR regulations, vehicle compliance, or parts supply chains
A qualification in sales, business, or a relevant technical discipline
Familiarity with technical drawings or vehicle specifications
