Sales Executive (Commission Only) - Fast-Growth Startup

Overview:

We're looking for confident sales professionals who thrive on outbound sales and want to be part of something

You'll be speaking directly to small business owners, building relationships, and bringing them into an innovative membership that genuinely helps them grow. You'll be expected to create your own momentum and deliver results from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

Calling and messaging small business owners across the UK Managing your own outreach, pipeline, and follow-ups Building rapport and converting prospects into paying members Hitting weekly sales targets and contributing to a high-performing team.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone A self-starter who's motivated by results and earning potential Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Someone who driven by money and success.

Compensation:

Commission only

- no base salary Uncapped earnings:

Top performers earning 1,000-5,000+ per month
