Recruiting for additional Internal Sales roles within an expanding and successful B2B environment, for this unique company based in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

This company is seeking to recruit an Internal Sales team member, to support the company's rapid growth.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, daily tasks will include:

Build relationships with existing and new customers who have requirements for our products, mainly my telephone Manage, quote, and negotiate with multiple accounts Identify new sales opportunities with current and prospective clients Maintain CRM records using ACT! Positively inform customers of the benefits of our products, and how they or services can benefit them. both financially and with their CSG targets
Full product training for the role will be provided.

The ideal candidate will:

Have recent experience in

Business to Business

sales of a physical product, and have worked within a sales driven environment,

for at least five years.

Live within 10 miles of Eastbourne. Be confident speaking on the phone and have excellent written communication skills Be a team-player used to a busy office environment Be able to build strong and effective working relationships with customers and colleagues alike Be highly self-motivated, IT literate, pro-active, able to work with little guidance
Due to the level of training and interaction required with the whole team, this is a 100% office based role.

Hours of work. Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00, with a one-hour lunch break. 20 days holiday per year.
