B2B Sales Executive

About the Role:
You'll be engaging with business decision-makers over the phone, uncovering opportunities, booking meetings, and supporting lead generation campaigns for a range of clients. You'll be part of a small, supportive team where your voice matters and your work has a direct impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound B2B calls to pre-qualified prospects
Speak with decision-makers to understand needs and qualify leads
Book meetings (virtual or in-person) for our clients
Confidently communicate product and service offerings
Use our in-house CRM system to record and manage call activity
Collaborate with Business Development Managers to maximise results
Work to daily and weekly KPIs
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales, telesales or telemarketing experience
Confident and professional telephone manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a proactive mindset
Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own workload
Strong English (spoken and written)
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Salary: 23,000 to 28,000 per year (based on experience)
