Main Purpose of Job:
To sell and promote the sale of new and used vehicles.
To create and maintain a positive customer-friendly environment.
To always be prepared to receive and process new customer enquiries and keep database accurate and up to date (walk-in, telephone, email, live chat) .
To guide and inform customer whilst being able to give a competent and enthusiastic presentation (physical & video) of all of the vehicles within the Kia range.
To achieve a high level of customer satisfaction as reported in our monthly customer satisfaction analysis.
To ensure company processes are followed to maintain customer retention.
Coordinate orders and delivery information between Sales Administration and then onto your customer.
Achieve monthly sales targets for new, used, accessories and insurance products.
Example Of Your Daily Tasks:
Maintain the new and used car display updating point-of-sale material when necessary.
Undertake an enthusiastic presentation (physical & video) of vehicles to potential customers.
Prospecting current and new customers.
Present and conclude sales, completing all appropriate paperwork and documentation.
Periodic updates to customers between order and delivery.
Ensure customer takes delivery of their vehicle and is given tour of dealership to include all relevant departments.
Ensure the customer is appropriately re-contacted during the lifetime ownership of their vehicle.
