We are seeking an ambitious, dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to drive the sales of our amazing hybrid working platform (SaaS). The ideal candidate will have substantial contacts within facilities management, possess great enthusiasm & be technically savvy to run client demonstrations. You will have a proven track record in sales into facilities managers and are highly motivated to earn substantial commissions. You will be driven to respond rapidly to inbound enquiries, conduct outbound email marketing, cold calling (where necessary) and be skilled at a handling difficult conversations. You will also leading the negotiations of sales for your dedicated clients to our platform.

What you'll do:
Develop and execute sales strategies to target Facilities Managers and associated decision-making groups (Real Estate, Workplace, IT, HR).
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, including lead qualification, solution demonstrations, proposals, and negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Facilities Managers and other stakeholders, positioning our solutions as critical enablers for workspace efficiency.
Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets through a consultative and solutions-driven approach.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor messaging and ensure a seamless client experience and plan marketing and sales activity 3 months in advance.
Present demonstrations to target clients.
Prepare commercial proposals to target clients
Upsell existing clients to higher plans
Ensure all CRM systems, notes and artefacts are up to date and current to ensure we are able to be successful
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:
Successful track record in sales into facilities managers at organisations with greater than 500 employees
Ability to create and propose our product to various clients.
High levels of activities lead to opportunities which lead to sales. The expectation is for a minimum weekly number of demonstrations to ensure we can hit our sales targets
