We are now looking for a driven, confident Sales Executive to join us remotely and help grow our employer and recruiter customer base.

The Role

This is a fully remote sales role focused on selling job advertising and employer branding solutions to companies hiring in future technology sectors. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing your own pipeline, and closing deals, with strong earning potential through uncapped commission.

This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, is commercially minded, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and contact new employer and recruiter prospects Sell job advertising packages, featured listings and employer branding solutions Build and manage your own sales pipeline from first contact to close Conduct sales calls and demos via phone and video Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable solutions Negotiate and close deals confidently Maintain accurate records of activity and sales performance Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business
What We're Looking For

Essential

Previous experience in sales, business development or account management Confident telephone and video-call manner Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely Target-driven mindset with a desire to maximise commission

Desirable

Experience selling recruitment advertising, job boards or B2B services Familiarity with tech, digital or recruitment sectors Experience using CRM systems
