Shield Double Glazing is expanding. We need driven people who can Go to Door to Door, spark real conversations, and uncover what homeowners truly need when upgrading their windows and doors.

Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their homes or businesses, promoting our products and services, and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation, with a knack for negotiation and persuasion.

Responsibilities



Organise appointments with customers. Build rapport with potential customers through effective communication and active listening. Organise prices from suppliers/team members to organise correct quote prices. Produce quotations using online software either from home or the office. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements



Proven experience in sales and window/door quoting/processing. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficient in IT, with the ability to use digital tools for reporting and communication. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Valid driving licence. Exceptional time management skills, ensuring timely follow-ups and appointments. A customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
