Job Summary



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team within a small family run business where you will not just be a number, but an integral part of the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and telemarketing, with the ability to engage clients effectively and drive business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as proficiency in CRM software. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Duties



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients. Utilise CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with the MD to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Provide regular updates on sales activities, and competitor analysis to management. Develop & maintain knowledge of company products and services

Requirements



Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing. Precise attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software, particularly HubSpot, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving targets. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Trustworthy & loyal Experience in managing a small team

The base salary listed is dependant on experience. There is also an uncapped commission structure to reward the new business you bring.

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
