Hours of work:

Average of 44.42 Hours per week

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.30pm (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break) also to include 25 Saturdays from 8.00am to 12.00pm

What you'll need:

- Previous telephone sales experience (Essential)
- Proven ability of driving new business and achieving targets (Essential)
- Experience of working in a fast-paced Sales environment (Essential)
- Previous experience in a customer facing role (Essential)
- An extensive knowledge of building materials (Desirable)
- Previous experience working in a Builder's Merchants (Desirable)

What you'll be doing:

- Meeting sales goals and objectives as agreed with your Line Manager
- Building key relationships with trade and retail customers, potential customers, and any other people you may interact with during the course of your working day
- Providing great customer service and a strong team spirit
- Upholding the Company's integrity and image to all customers and potential customers
- Demonstrating the Company's Core Values at all times
