Role Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic and confident Social Media & Sales Executive to join our team. This hybrid role combines digital content creation with customer-facing sales responsibilities. Your primary focus will be building and managing our TikTok and social media channels, while also engaging with customers and driving vehicle sales--both online and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to grow brand visibility
Create and star in short-form videos showcasing our stock, customer experiences, and behind-the-scenes content
Engage with online audiences to build rapport and generate qualified leads
Convert social media engagement into in-person or online sales opportunities
Assist walk-in customers with vehicle inquiries, test drives, and closing sales
Monitor trends and competitor content (e.g. Acklam Car Centre, Manchester Motor Company) to inform strategy
Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting on social media growth and lead conversions
What We're Looking For:
Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Comfortable being on camera and engaging with a social media audience
Strong knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Sales experience or strong customer service background preferred
Creative mindset with a passion for digital content and branding
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to 100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
