Sales Executive
Job Description
The Polyclear Group is a well-established manufacturer of polythene products, based in Millbrook, Southampton. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales or account management who enjoys building strong relationships, driving growth, and delivering excellent customer service.
As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key part in developing new business opportunities while managing and nurturing existing accounts. You will work closely with colleagues across the company and act as a trusted point of contact for customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing key customer accounts and ensuring excellent service
Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
Proactively seeking new business opportunities
Handling enquiries and preparing accurate quotations
Taking ownership of sales performance and results
We're looking for someone who is:
Energetic, positive, and self-driven
Strong in communication skills - both written and verbal
Comfortable using computers and office software
Experienced in sales or customer service (preferred but not essential)

Full training will be provided - we value motivation and attitude just as much as experience, and you'll benefit from an commission structure plus an annual Christmas bonus.
