Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving enquiries, nurturing leads, and converting interest into confirmed bookings. You'll support students throughout their journey from first enquiry to move-in while working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless, people-centred experience.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to sales enquiries from clients across channels including email, WeChat, social media, and web forms.
Educate prospective clients about GoBritanya residence offerings, features, pricing, and flexible living options.
Proactively pursue new business and convert leads into confirmed accommodation bookings.
Work collaboratively with internal teams (Operations, Finance and Marketing) to enhance the sales experience and streamline processes.
Guide students through the booking process, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience from enquiry to contract.
Provide accurate information on residence locations, amenities, booking steps, and flexible contract options that suit student needs.
Implement effective strategies to encourage contract extensions and foster strong relationships with current residents.
Arrange property tours, conduct drop-in appointments, and showcase the unique features of our accommodation to potential residents.
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.
Contribute ideas to improve campaigns, content, and engagement strategies that support student bookings and market growth.
Encourage students to share positive feedback and online reviews, helping maintain GoBritanya's excellent reputation.
Support the promotion of new buildings and initiatives, differentiating our brand from competitors and strengthening our market presence.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
Provide detailed information about available accommodation options, pricing, amenities, and leasing terms.
