Lings Triumph Essex is recruiting a

Sales Executive

to sell

new and used motorcycles

, alongside the

full range of associated products and services

.

This is a

results-driven, front-line sales role

. Success is measured by

units sold, finance penetration, product attachment and customer experience

.

Whether you are new to vehicle sales or already experienced, this role suits someone who is

commercially minded, organised and motivated by performance and earnings

.

The Role

Vehicle Sales

Sell new and used motorcycles face-to-face, online and over the phone Qualify customer needs and match them to the right bike, price and availability Manage customers from first enquiry through to handover Build your own pipeline, order bank and repeat customer base
Products & Services

Present and sell: Finance & insurance products Extended warranties Accessories, clothing and service plans Structure deals accurately and compliantly to maximise profitability
Lead & Pipeline Management

Actively manage leads, follow-ups and appointments Organise your diary to maximise conversions Handle test rides, part exchanges and handovers Photograph and advertise stock to generate enquiries
Compliance & Standards

Operate fully within FCA regulations and dealership processes Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation Represent the Triumph brand with professionalism at all times

What We're Looking For

This role will suit someone who is:

Confident dealing with customers in person and over the phone Comfortable working to targets and KPIs Organised and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously Commercially aware and motivated by commission Quick to learn systems, processes and compliance requirements

Experience:

Vehicle or high-value retail sales experience is beneficial but not essential Full training provided on finance products, systems and compliance

Licences:

Motorcycle licence: Required Car licence: Preferred
