Contract Hire Sales Executive

We have an exciting new role for a Contract Hire Sales Executive to join our team to help us develop and grow the Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van rental division.

RentaMerc specialise in Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle hire with many options including contract hire, short term rentals and used vehicle sales.

Job role and responsibilities:

Canvas, prospect and gain opportunities to sell contract hire/ex-fleet vehicles

Promote benefits of rental through short-term monthly & yearly rental agreements

Promote & sell the benefits of ex-fleet fully serviced Mercedes-Benz vehicles

Manage account relationships for both new and existing client base

Effectively follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and inbound data

Be at the forefront of customer interactions and provide sales solutions

Support the business in driving customer engagement and business performance

To succeed in this sales role you will require the following skillset:

At least 2 years' experience as a Sales Executive

Ability to demonstrate excellent relationship management skills

Proactive approach in generating new business leads

Confident in making cold-calls both face-to-face and on the telephone

Sales/Rental experience in capital equipment

Effective communication, presentation and negotiating skills

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own time effectively

Proficient IT skills
