About the Role



We are seeking a confident, results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our commercial team. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor while promoting a portfolio of technical services across the construction, building, and property sectors.

This is a client-facing, relationship-focused sales role where you'll combine strategic outreach with excellent customer service to build strong partnerships, close sales, and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Build and maintain strong client relationships

to foster trust and long-term partnerships

Present and promote

technical services clearly and effectively through outbound calling and prospecting strategies

Negotiate and secure agreements

Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience



Previous experience in a

sales environment

Experience in one or more of the following roles: Business Development Outbound B2B Consultative Telesales Technical Sales Account Management Sales Coordination Ability to build strong client relationships and adapt to different customer needs Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong IT and CRM skills for tracking and reporting

Desirable (Not Essential):



Experience working in or selling into the

construction, building, or property sectors

Previous

field sales

experience Experience in

staff or peer training/development
