Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive showroom experience.
Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Showcase vehicle features, benefits, and pricing to guide customers through the decision-making process.
Conduct test drives and explain the unique selling points of each vehicle.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and new inventory.
Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Build long-term customer relationships and maintain a customer database for future business.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred, but not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A results-driven attitude with strong negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Willingness to learn and stay current with market trends and product knowledge.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
