to businesses and individuals in the wedding and fashion industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and contact potential vendors, designers, and sponsors
Sell exhibitor slots, runway packages, and advertising opportunities
Promote event tickets to individuals and groups
Use CRM tools to manage and track leads, sales pipeline, and follow-ups
Meet weekly sales targets and report performance to event organisers
Support marketing activities by coordinating with the marketing team on lead generation
Provide regular feedback on sales trends and market response
Requirements:
Proven experience in
sales
(minimum 1 year) - events, exhibitions, or fashion industry preferred
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in cold-calling, emailing, and pitching to potential clients
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-oriented
Knowledge or passion for Asian weddings/fashion events is a bonus
Pay Structure:
Base Pay:
12.21-15 per hour (depending on experience)
Commission:
10% per vendor slot sold
10-15% per designer package sold
(depending on tier)
10% on ticket package sales over 50 tickets
Bonus for hitting weekly/monthly targets
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (0900Hrs to 1700Hrs in office and in field as and when required)
