Sales Executive

to join our team and help more people access high-quality estate planning advice.

Key Responsibilities



The Role



This is a

direct-to-consumer sales role

where you'll be the first point of contact for clients enquiring about Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning services. You'll guide them through their options, build trust, and convert leads into appointments or sales.

Your day-to-day will include:

Speaking with warm leads and inbound enquiries Review existing will banks Building rapport and understanding client needs Explaining the benefits of our estate planning services in a clear and empathetic way Managing your own pipeline and following up with potential clients Working closely with our legal and marketing teams to maximise conversion rates Meeting and exceeding realistic sales target Collaborate with our legal team to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. Represent our brand at community events and digital campaigns.

About You



You'll thrive in this role if you are:

Experienced in direct-to-consumer sales, ideally within legal, financial, or professional services A natural relationship builder with excellent listening skills A confident communicator with excellent people skills Motivated by success and driven to exceed targets Empathetic, professional and able to handle sensitive conversations Organised, proactive and able to manage your time effectively
