We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales and telemarketing, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Spanish and / or French being an advantage. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our products/services.
Utilise Zoho CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
Identify potential business opportunities and create strategies to convert leads into sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our offerings.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
Some experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is essential.
Familiarity with any CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French / Spanish is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think strategically about client needs.
