Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals - Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers - Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to build and maintain client relationships - Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools - Knowledge of the industry and product/service offerings Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
