Sales & Fitness Advisor

What You'll Be Doing

Drive lead generation and local outreach to bring new prospects into the club Give engaging gym tours and convert leads into happy members Complete follow-up sales calls to maximise sign-ups Deliver outstanding customer service and support member retention Assist with club marketing - events, charity drives, and outreach Create and post social media content (e.g., workouts, shoutouts, behind-the-scenes) Support day-to-day club operations and maintain health & safety standards Help create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere that keeps members coming back!

What We're Looking For

A friendly, proactive personality who genuinely enjoys helping people Sales-driven mindset - target-focused, motivated by commissions Confident communicator, both in person and on the phone Comfortable with social media and creating simple content Organised, positive and a team player who gets stuck in Level 2 fitness qualification (or actively working towards it) Previous experience in fitness, membership sales or customer service is a big plus
