Key Responsibilities:
Implement strategic sales initiatives to boost conversion rates and average booking value
Oversee the full sales pipeline from enquiry to booking, ensuring timely follow-ups and strong communication
Conduct performance reporting and sales forecasting to inform business growth strategies
Collaborate with the marketing and venue teams to align messaging and maximise lead generation
Step in on high-value deals or complex negotiations when needed
Maintain high standards of customer engagement and ensure exceptional service throughout the sales journey

What We're Looking For:
Proven sales management experience, ideally within hospitality, weddings, events, or high-value B2C sales
Strong negotiation skills with a keen eye on profitability and upsell opportunities
Target-obsessed with a track record of smashing KPIs and revenue goals
