TikTok's Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with clients across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Responsibilities:
- Work with internal partners and complete online training to build your knowledge of TikTok's advertising proposition.
- Support the sales team by building pitches that leverage data insights and creative thinking.
- Deliver campaign reports, both in-person and virtually, across a wide range of clients in order to improve performance and scale future revenue commitments.
- Collaborate with other departments to stay up to date with platform and product developments that can be relayed to the sales team.
- Assist with project planning, tracking progress, and completing administrative tasks, such as documentation, meeting coordination, maintaining data hygiene
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree or above, recently graduated or due to graduate in 2026.
- Results oriented with great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments
- Problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving administrative issues independently
