This position focuses on collaboration with a Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition and growth through; directly signing new business where appropriate through outbound B2B calls and F2F meetings where required, seeing the customer acquisition through from lead generation to product installation. The role will also entail supporting a Business Development Manager with high-value customer appointment setting and diary management in the assigned region.



Day-to-Day:



Prospecting and lead generation Customer outreach and Engagement Comprehensive sales process and account management BDM Regional Partnership Upselling and cross selling CRM Activity





Skills required

:

Good written and verbal communications skills, with an ability to adapt communication styles to individual customers High level of attention to detail and organisation, with a sense of ownership, pride and responsibility for the accuracy of own work The drive, resilience and focus required to win in a competitive sales environment A genuine interest in own development and learning needs, with the energy and desire to act on them to improve own performance * A professional and pleasant demeanour, with the desire to create good working relationships with both colleagues and customers.
