Location: Purple Granite Ltd HQ
Working hours: Monday to Friday

About the Role:


This isn't just an admin job--it's a key part of the customer journey. You'll be the friendly face (and voice) guiding our customers from the moment they have placed their order, all the way through to fabrication, delivery, and installation. No two days are ever the same here--and we wouldn't have it any other way.

You'll juggle customer communications, sales support, scheduling, and problem-solving with confidence and a smile. You'll also work closely with our management team to make sure every customer has a smooth, hassle-free experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Management

Be the main point of contact for customers - keep them informed and happy Build brilliant relationships and deliver outstanding service Handle inbound enquiries via phone and email with warmth and professionalism
Order Confirmation

Accurately input orders into our CRM system Work with the team to schedule template and installation dates that work for everyone Monitor job progress and keep customers in the loop at every stage
Sales Support

Organise and send samples to customers quickly and efficiently Keep accurate records of communications and orders Review digital templates, update quotes, and communicate changes
Customer Service

Deal with any hiccups around templates or installations swiftly and professionally Coordinate remedial visits where needed and ensure clear communication throughout
Administration

Track orders and update their status in our internal systems Make sure all paperwork, approvals and designs are sorted before fabrication begins

What You'll Need:



Previous experience in account handling, admin, kitchen design or customer service Excellent organisation skills - you'll be spinning lots of plates Great communicator - confident over the phone and on email A problem-solver who keeps calm under pressure Knowledge of worktop materials (quartz, granite, porcelain) is a bonus Ability to read technical drawings is a plus

Qualifications:



GCSEs (or equivalent) are essential Further education in business, construction or design is beneficial
