We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales strategy development, team leadership, and customer relationship management. This role is pivotal in shaping our sales approach and achieving our business objectives.
Duties
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and enhance market presence.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
Collaborate with marketing to align strategies and maximise lead generation efforts.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new sales personnel.
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Demonstrated ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on insights.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
