Synapri is proud to be partnered with a leading software development organisation seeking a Sales Instructional Designer to support and enhance their Sales Enablement function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, fast-paced SaaS environment and take ownership of designing impactful training content.
About the Role:
In this role, you will lead the design and development of engaging instructional content and play a key role in delivering it across the organisation. While the hiring manager will lead the overall enablement strategy, you will take full ownership of the instructional design process - from concept through to rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and learning resources. Focus on digital sales best practices and tools tailored to SaaS environments. Work cross-functionally with sales and enablement teams to identify learning needs. Ensure all content is effective, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience designing instructional content for Sales Enablement, ideally within a SaaS business. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning tools. Ability to translate complex sales processes into engaging, easy-to-understand content. * Confident communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional teams.
