For our 12-week internship program, CHX Wealth is seeking an internship candidate with a passion for property investment and sales to join our fast growing team.

This internship isn't about "getting experience" or just a placeholder on your CV. The premise of this internship is to progress to a full time role thanks to clear targets and expectations. This is also reflected in our clear career progression and promotion criteria set out from the start - no guesswork or nepotism!

Responsibilities

Renter Lead Engagement - Manage WhatsApp Business, respond to renter enquiries within 5 minutes, and qualify applicants fast. Property Renting - Make outbound calls, follow up leads, book viewings with clients, negotiate and close Renting Deals. Rental Partnerships - Build partnerships with local employers, hospitals, and universities to create steady renter pipelines. Managerial Flair - Manage marketing team member responsible for posting, managing, and optimising listing ads (including PPC campaigns) to keep leads flowing. Meet Daily KPIs - Hit or exceed your KPIs (rooms rented, response speed, occupancy targets). Tests Execution - Launch test campaigns in new areas to assess demand Negotiation & Deal Closing - Handle objections, negotiate terms, and secure execution-ready contracts with renters. Market Awareness - Build a sharp understanding of London renter trends to pre-empt demand shifts. Sales Training & Development - Complete CHX's performance-driven training modules and use feedback to rapidly improve.
