Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives.

Analyse market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts that align with company goals while providing value to the customer.
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and growth strategies for senior management review.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members in account management best practices.
Experience
Experience in selling office supplies or PPE is a bonus
Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within a B2B environment.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
