What's expected of you?
The Security Company is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Sales Lead Generator to join our growing team.
Our Sales Lead Generator is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities to our sales teams as well-scoped booked appointments.
The successful candidate will be proactive and a clear communicator, comfortable in a telesales role.
You'll be responsible for understanding the customer's needs, timelines, and buying triggers.
Have a drive to continually build your understanding of markets, solutions, and use that knowledge to improve the quality of your conversations and qualification.
Working closely with Marketing & Sales, using data, insight, and structured qualification to build pipeline.
You'll also represent The Security Company professionally in every interaction, managing conversations with credibility and care.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team
Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and operations to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
Effectively communicate and present The Security Company solution and value proposition to customers Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently Developing and maintaining strong relationships
Achieving sales lead generator and appointment quotas.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Proven track record achieving targets.
Ability to multi-task daily projects, commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.
Proficiency in Marketing, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 suite
Experience in B2B Sales
Security industry knowledge would be advantageous

Pay & working hours
This is a self employed position that pays from 30 for every successful lead generated with uncapped earning potential, with additional monthly bonus if you meet your sales targets. Fully flexible hours to suit you.
