Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients effectively. The Lead Generation Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing qualified leads that contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Duties



Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services. Utilise telemarketing techniques to generate interest and qualify leads. Identify and approach recruitment agencies, HR departments, and staffing firms. Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in our CRM software, such as Salesforce. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted lead generation strategies. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and events. Communicate effectively with prospects, addressing their needs and questions. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry. Assist in creating engaging content for outreach efforts, including emails and social media posts. Share market feedback and help refine targeting strategy

Skills



Proficiency in English is essential. Strong telemarketing skills with a proven track record in lead generation or sales. Familiarity with CRM software, recruitment software, data solution, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new tools and techniques in lead generation. Comfortable with remote tools and occasional in-person outreach. Knowledge of SaaS, recruitment tech, or CRM systems is a plus.
