Sales Lead
at International Associates Ltd, you will help drive the business forward by developing new client relationships, managing incoming enquiries, and supporting scheme recognition efforts with major brands.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated, self-driven, experienced salesperson who can work independently, take initiative, and deliver results. You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team but trusted to manage your workload and make things happen.
Role & Responsibilities
Sales Development
Respond to inbound enquiries and convert leads into active clients.
Meeting sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across certification services.
Prepare and issue quotations, follow up regularly, and track sales progress using internal tools.
Maintain CRM records and sales tracking systems.
Build strong, professional relationships with consultants, partners, and clients.
Support onboarding of new clients in collaboration with internal teams.
Brand & Scheme Recognition
Actively develop relationships with global brands and major buyers to gain scheme approval and recognition.
Research and identify key contacts within target brands and approach them with tailored outreach.
Arrange and support introductory meetings with brand representatives.
Help move conversations forward to achieve formal recognition of our certification services.
Maintain records of brand engagement activity and outcomes.
Marketing & Communications
Manage the company's social media accounts and continue their recent growth curve.
Create and schedule engaging posts to promote services and company updates.
Support the development of sales and promotional materials.
Help coordinate campaigns and events to boost awareness and engagement.
Reporting & General Support
Maintain accurate sales reports and activity logs.
Produce regular performance summaries for internal review.
Respond to general enquiries and assist other team members when needed.
Experience
Essential:
Proven experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role.
Strong understanding of the sales process from lead to close.
Comfortable managing outreach and follow-up independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable:
Experience in the certification, compliance, or TIC sector.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Experience engaging with large corporate or brand clients.
Understanding of ISO certification or similar services (advantageous but not essential).
