Job Description
This role involves managing the sales ledger and credit control functions within the industrial/manufacturing sector. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure financial accuracy and maintain positive client relationships.
- Manage the sales ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Monitor and oversee credit control processes to ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and adhere to compliance standards.
- Work collaboratively with the accounting team to support wider finance operations.
- Strong understanding of sales ledger and credit control processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Hourly rate ranging from GBP 15.00 to GBP 18.00.
- Opportunity for a temporary-to-permanent role for the right candidate.
