Job Description

The Sales Ledger Clerk will play a pivotal role in managing accounts receivable and ensuring accurate financial records in the industrial and manufacturing sector. This permanent position in Northwich requires a detail-oriented individual with knowledge of working in a similar role.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • aged debtor management
  • customer reconciliation
  • contract administration and billing
  • reviewing and posting invoices for different services
  • report to senior management on billing performance
  • work with stakeholders to resolve customer disputes
  • holiday cover for credit control

A successful Sales Ledger Clerk should have:
  • Experience in managing sales ledgers or similar roles in accounting and finance.
