As part of our newly established Somerset-based finance team, you will help create a strong, responsive financial foundation for our growing group.
Key Responsibilities:
Raising accurate and timely sales invoices
Allocating customer receipts and reconciling accounts
Monitoring debt levels and proactively chasing overdue payments
Handling customer queries and resolving discrepancies
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales ledger records
Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting
Supporting the wider finance function as needed
Skills and Experience:
Experience in a sales ledger or credit control role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Good understanding of accounting software and Excel
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Team player with a proactive and professional approach
