Sales Ledger Officer - 12 Month Contract (Maternity Cover) Start ASAP



Job Profile



Raise sales invoices & credit notes

Edit sales prices

Be initial point of contact for customer queries

Support Finance Team with audit activities

Essential



Experience of working in a similar role or other administrative role

Experience of working in a multidisciplinary environment

Knowledge of ERP systems

Desirable



Experience of working in aggregates or similar sector

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR POST HOLDER:



Detail orientated approach to work and desire to achieve high level of accuracy

Remains calm under pressure

Strong organisational skills

WORKING HOURS - 30.5 HOURS A WEEK



SALARY - NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE



WORK LOCATION - HAVERFORDWEST



Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
