Sales Ledger Supervisor

We're hiring a

Sales Ledger Supervisor

to manage and oversee our sales ledger processes. If you're detail-driven, experienced in credit control, and ready to lead, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Sales Ledger Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all the sales administrative tasks within the department. You'll lead a small team and be responsible for:

Overseeing daily banking and bank reconciliations Processing new account applications, credit checks, and recommending credit limits Supervising all sales admin tasks, including account setup, order releases, refunds, and amendments. Monitoring and maintaining customer credit limits and outstanding balances Leading debt recovery efforts and analysing overdue accounts Handling customer queries and disputes with professionalism and a positive attitude Managing the month-end dunning process and closing the sales ledger Ensuring all sales ledger activities are completed accurately and on time

What We're Looking For

Strong knowledge of sales ledger and credit management processes Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach Be a team player with a positive attitude and always willing to support the team Resolve problems in a professional manner
