Job Description

Tolchards is a family business that delivers wines, spirits, beers and soft drinks to a wide range of pubs, cafes, golf clubs, hotels and restaurants.

We are looking for a customer service-minded person to join our friendly, Torquay based Credit Control team team.

This is a part time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 08.30 - 12.00 plus 1 Saturday morning in 4.

What you will be doing:



This varied and interesting role covers Sales Ledger Administration, Processing and Reconciling All Group Cash/Cheques, Processing BACS Receipts, Processing Debit and Credit card payments, Customer query resolution, Credit requests, Internal & External Calls, Reception Calls and Meeting and Greeting Guests and Purchase Ledger Invoice Processing.

Who we are looking for:



Somebody with strong organisational administrative and analytical skills who is Accurate and has attention to detail. You have excellent communication skills, both written, in person and telephone manner You have knowledge of Microsoft packages, and computer skills You are a Multi tasker who stays calm under pressure You enjoy variety and working as part of a team.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.36 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
