Sales & Lettings Administrator - Holloway
Salary - 32,000 - 35,000
Monday - Friday - 9am - 6pm
A rare opportunity to join a well-established and well-reviewed estate agents working across North London as their Sales & Lettings Administrator. Are you experienced? Do you enjoy the faced paced environment of the property industry, Experience in Reapit is preferred although not essential. Do you have the attitude to succeed and give 100% to your working day then this could be the perfect role for you!

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

Prepare tenancy agreements.

Complete referencing process.

Effectively manage the office diary system.

Handle all enquiries and record new tenant applications.

Assist with the management of the office accounting system.

Update website of property details

Preferably with experience in Reapit & Goodlord

The right person:

Must be able to demonstrate high attention to detail, highly organised and ambitious.

Must be punctual and very well organised.

Excellent telephone manner
