As an Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the buying, selling, and renting of residential properties. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain attractive property listings, including high-quality photographs and compelling property descriptions.

Actively engage with potential buyers and tenants, responding promptly to inquiries and arranging property viewings.

Negotiate and finalize property transactions, ensuring favourable terms for both buyers and sellers.

Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.

Collaborate with colleagues, mortgage advisors, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth and efficient property transactions.

Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the local community to generate leads and referrals.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and maintaining regular communication throughout the sales or rental process.

Attend property auctions, conferences, and networking events to expand professional connections and stay updated on industry developments.

Keep accurate records of property transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of property market trends, legal requirements, and financial aspects of transactions.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Familiarity with relevant software and technology used in the industry.

A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
