We are looking for a reliable and organised Sales & Lettings Assistant to support our busy Sales and Lettings teams.
This is a customer-facing, office-based role, acting as first point of contact and providing reception and administrative support within a fast-paced estate agency environment.
Key Duties
First point of contact for customers, in person and by phone
Reception duties and handling enquiries
Supporting Sales and Lettings teams with day-to-day administration
Booking viewings, valuations and inspections
Registering applicants and updating records
Assisting with sales and tenancy paperwork
General office duties
Requirements
Professional, friendly manner
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good IT skills
Ability to work well in a busy team
Full UK driving licence - essential
Hours
Monday to Friday:
9.00am - 5.30pm
Saturday:
10.00am - 3.00pm
Five-day working week with
one weekday off in lieu of Saturday
