The Role

As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will:

Build strong relationships with clients, buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the process Manage viewings, negotiations, and ongoing client communication Work effectively under pressure in a high-volume office Contribute positively as part of a driven, professional team

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in property sales or lettings (essential) Excellent people and communication skills Strong customer service mindset with attention to client relationships Highly organised with good PC skills Calm, focused, and resilient under pressure Ambitious, motivated, and keen to excel in the property industry Full UK driving licence and own car (required)

What We Offer

Basic salary:

25,000 per annum

Uncapped commission & bonus structure

OTE:

35,000 - 60,000+
