Experienced Sales / Lettings Negotiator required to work within an office/reception environment. The applicant needs to be well organized, efficient with a good telephone manner.
The role includes dealing with general day to day enquiries via telephone, email and reception,
Ideally a general knowledge of residential property sales & lettings would be an advantage, along with experience in a busy fast moving office environment.
General Duties Include:-
Answering initial calls and emails.
Booking Appointments & Diary Management.
General Admin Duties.
Dealing with Landlord, Tenant and Applicant enquiries.
Arranging viewings with prospective Purchasers / Tenants.
Providing Vendors / Landlords with viewing feedback.
Dealing with matters of property maintenance.
Day-to-day property management through use of the Lettings management system
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 19,500.00-24,000.00 per year
