The Role

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where no two days are the same. You'll be:

Handling tenant and buyer enquiries. Booking and conducting property viewings. Negotiating offers and agreeing sales/lets. Generating new business opportunities through database prospecting, lead follow-ups, and outbound calls. Booking property valuations and landlord meetings for managers to convert into new instructions. Delivering a first-class service to sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants.

You should have:

Proven sales experience (any industry -- property experience is a bonus but not essential). Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner. Strong diary management and organisational skills. The ability to think on your feet and speak with authority. A proactive, fast-paced approach to work. A driving licence and your own car.
