Previous estate agency experience is required for this role along with a driving licence and a good knowledge of the local area

The Role:

As a Sales and Lettings Valuer, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting accompanied viewings on residential and lettings stock.

. Conducting market appraisals

. Listing properties for sale, rental and promoting the benefits of our Auction service

Negotiating sales and lettings offers to achieve successful outcomes.

Providing regular marketing updates to sellers and landlords, identifying strategies to enhance interest and enquiries for their properties.

Assisting in the progression of sales through the legal process, liaising between buyers, sellers, and solicitors.

Actively generating residential and lettings market appraisals to drive new sales and lettings instructions.

Identifying mortgage opportunities and scheduling mortgage appointments with our financial service partners.

Recognising conveyancing opportunities and maximising referrals to our in-house panel law firms.

Enhancing brand awareness through effective utilisation of social media platforms.

A full driving license and estate agency experience are essential for this position.

Salary - From 24.000.00 plus commission. Our current valuers are earning upwards of 35,000 per annum

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Saturdays on a rota basis with time given in lieu

Part time hours will be considered for the right candidate
