Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and update customer records, pricing lists, and inventory levels.
Prepare sales quotations, export/import, IPAFFS entry and delivery documentation.
Communicate with customers regarding product availability, order status, and delivery timelines.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and proactive reporting.
Handle inquiries from distributors, nurseries, and growers.
Logistics & Packaging Coordination:
Plan and coordinate transportation of strawberry plants to national and international customers.
Work with logistics providers to schedule deliveries and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., plant health certificates, customs documents).
Coordinate packaging operations to ensure plants are prepared, labelled, and packed accurately and securely.
Monitor shipments and address delivery issues proactively.
Maintain records of shipping and delivery confirmations.
Stock Control & Procurement:
Manage inventory of strawberry plants, packaging materials, and related supplies.
Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Collaborate with the nursery/production team to track plant availability and ensure timely harvesting.
Place orders for packaging materials and other supplies as needed.
Ensure adequate stock is maintained during peak seasons to avoid disruptions.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate records for traceability and plant health compliance.
Ensure all required documentation (e.g., phytosanitary certificates, delivery notes, IPAFFS entry) is complete and accurate.
Assist with audit preparations and ensure adherence to relevant regulatory and industry standards

Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Driving licence and own transport
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of anticipating operational needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Key Prime -sales software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation

Preferred:
Experience in sales administration, logistics coordination, or stock control (preferably in the agriculture/horticulture sector) - not essential, full training will be provided.
Familiarity with agricultural or plant certification regulations (e.g., phytosanitary requirements) - not essential, full training will be provided.
Experience in packaging coordination or warehouse operations.
Knowledge of export/import documentation and procedures.
Language skills - good command of English, Bulgarian or Russian (optional).
Working Conditions:
Office-based with occasional visits to nurseries, packaging facilities, or cold store hubs.
Seasonal peaks (spring/autumn) may require extended hours.
