About the Company:

Unigel (UK) Limited is a leading manufacturer of oil-based thixotropic gels for the fibre optic cable industry, with manufacturing facilities in the UK, USA, and Malaysia. We are currently seeking a Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Eastbourne.

About the Role:

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00

Working Location: Onsite

Working closely with management, you will coordinate day-to-day sales order processing and logistics activities, liaising with customers, manufacturing plants, suppliers, and freight providers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end sales order processing from PO receipt to contract completion Customer liaison and order status updates Arranging import and export shipments (air, ocean, and road) Obtaining competitive freight quotations and booking transport Managing shipping documentation and Chamber of Commerce liaison Coordinating raw material deliveries with suppliers Managing returnable packaging and consignment stock Supporting business KPIs and providing general administrative support Other related work responsibilities may also be assigned by the company as needed

About You:

Minimum 2 years' logistics or supply chain experience (essential) Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Well-organised with strong attention to detail
